Connect Billnado to your AI assistant
Securely find Billnado data and product information from supported AI assistants through the Billnado MCP server.
You are already working in an AI assistant when you suddenly need a customer's details, a licence limit or an answer from the Billnado documentation. Until now, that often meant leaving your conversation, opening Billnado and searching for the information yourself.
There is now a new way in. Through the Billnado MCP server, supported AI assistants can work with Billnado in a controlled manner. Ask your question in everyday language. The assistant selects the appropriate Billnado tool and brings the answer back into your conversation.
Your question stays at the centre
Suppose you are working in ChatGPT or Claude and need a customer's contact details. Ask, for example: “Find customer Acme and show the contact details.” The AI assistant uses the Billnado connection to retrieve the information your account is allowed to access.
The same applies to questions such as:
- “Which administrations can I access?”
- “Show the active licence and usage limits.”
- “Search the Billnado documentation for how to create a sales invoice.”
This means less switching between applications. The information stays in Billnado while you request it from the environment where you are already working.
You keep control
A convenient connection must not become a shortcut around security. That is why the connection uses the public Billnado MCP server and OAuth. You sign in with your usual Billnado account, without sharing a password or access token in the conversation.
Billnado continues to enforce access. The AI assistant can only use information and tools that your account is authorised to access. You work in your default administration by default. If you can access several administrations, you can first ask which ones are available and then deliberately choose the correct one.
Almost all available tools only read data. A connection to another administration can only be created after your explicit request. This keeps you in control of the administration in which you work.

The connection is available for several AI assistants. Each environment has its own setup and may have subscription or administrator requirements:
