Choose an accountant profile

Reading and using the overview

Wait until loading has finished before concluding that an item is missing. Use search, sorting and any available filters to narrow the result, and clear them again when the expected row is not shown. A total or counter applies to the current result set, not necessarily to all data.

Open the matching row only after checking its name, date, status and active work context. Actions may be hidden or disabled because of permissions, the current status, or because the selected context is already active. An empty overview can therefore mean that there are no records, that filters exclude them, or that your user has no access. Refresh once after a completed change; avoid repeating an action while the page is still processing it.

This page lists accountant profiles available to your account with Name and Created on. Search and sort; Total shows the count. Switch is disabled for the active profile.

Choose Switch for another profile. Billnado reloads your account context, after which client files and actions belong to that profile. Switching does not move or copy clients. An empty list means no accountant profiles are available.

Available profiles

Only profiles available to your account appear. Name identifies the organisation/context and Created helps distinguish similar names. Search and sort by name. The active row remains visible with Switch disabled.

Switch reloads file links, export workload and following accountant actions; no client data is copied. If a profile is missing, verify the signed-in account and profile access.

Switch is disabled for the active profile. Existing client tabs keep their own context and must be checked separately.
