Updated on August 28, 2026
This details page shows the current balance and all transactions for one customer-and-service combination. The information is read-only; adjustments are made with a new transaction. You need access to the active administration and an active Billnado licence.
General Information
| Field | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Client | The customer who owns the prepaid balance. |
| Service | The service for which additions and deductions are tracked. |
| Quantity | The balance after adding all transactions together. A positive value remains available, zero has been used up, and a negative value means deductions exceed additions. |
Transactions
The table shows the most recent transaction first.
| Column | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Date | When the transaction was recorded. |
| Quantity | The change to the balance caused by that transaction. A positive value increases the balance; a negative value decreases it. |
Select Details on a transaction row to view the quantity and saved notes for that individual transaction. When no transactions are available, Billnado displays No transactions were found.
System information
Open this collapsed section when you need to check the balance timestamps. Creation date shows when the balance for the customer and service was created. Last update shows when the most recent change was processed. Both fields are read-only.
Recording a correction or new deduction
Select Add transaction to increase or decrease this existing balance. The customer and service are fixed on the next page, ensuring the transaction is always linked to these details.
Frequently asked questions
Can I change the displayed balance directly?
No. The balance is the sum of its transactions. Record a positive or negative transaction so the history remains correct.
Why does the quantity in a transaction row differ from the balance at the top?
A transaction row shows only the change from that individual entry. Quantity at the top shows the result of all transactions combined.
