Viewing prepaid services
Search prepaid services, check their available balances, and open the related transactions.

The list groups the quantity paid in advance or already used for each customer and service. You can check the current balance, open its history, and record a new transaction. You need access to the active administration and an active Billnado licence.
Information in the list
| Column | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Customer | The customer whose prepaid balance is being tracked. |
| Name | The service to which the balance applies. |
| Sku | The service's internal item code. |
| Number | The available quantity. A positive number remains available, zero means the balance has been used up, and a negative number indicates that more was used than paid for in advance. |
The search box searches the customer name and service name. You can sort by Customer, Name, Sku, or Number. Total above the list shows how many prepaid services match the current search. Billnado remembers the search and sorting during the current browser session.
Actions

| Details | Opens the balance, full transaction history, and system information for the selected customer and service. |
| Add transaction | Opens a form where you select a customer, service, and quantity. Billnado updates the existing balance for that combination or creates a new one. |
Empty list
When no result matches the search, Billnado displays No prepaid services were found in the system. Clear the search text to show all available results again.
Frequently asked questions
Why does a prepaid service have several historical entries but only one list row?
The list shows one combined balance for each customer and service. The individual additions and deductions appear as transactions on the details page.
Why is the number negative?
A negative value means that the recorded deductions exceed the additions. Open Details to review the transactions and add a correction transaction if needed.
