Viewing and managing services
Search and sort services, open their details, and manage active, archived, and deleted services.

The service list brings together the work you can use on quotations, orders, invoices, and other commercial documents. You can search, sort, open, and manage services. You need access to the active administration and an active Billnado licence.
Service information in the list
| Column | Meaning |

| Sku | The internal item code used to identify and find the service quickly. |
| Name | The name used in service selections and on documents. |
| Category | The item category in which the service is grouped. |
| Active | Appears when archived services are included and shows whether a service is still active. |
The search box searches only the name and SKU. You can sort the list by Sku, Name, or Category. Quantity shows how many services match the current search and filter.
Showing archived services
Enable Archived services to include archived services alongside active ones. Without this filter, the list only shows active services. Billnado remembers your search, sorting, and this filter during the current browser session.
Actions for a service
| Action | Availability and result |

| Details | Opens the service record so you can view or change its information. |
| Archive | For an active service. Makes the service inactive and removes it from the default list without erasing its information. |
| Delete | Only shown in the list for an archived service. After a double confirmation, the service is permanently deleted. |
Important: deletion cannot be undone. Use Archive when you want to keep the service information.
Use Add to start a new service record.
Empty list and loading errors
When no service matches the search and filter, Billnado shows an empty list. Clear the search text or switch Archived services on or off. If loading fails, an error message appears above the list; try loading the list again.
Frequently asked questions
Why can I no longer see a service after archiving it?
Archived services are hidden by default. Enable Archived services to see them again. Then open Details and choose Unarchive to make the service active again.
Can I delete an active service from the list?
No. Delete is only shown in the list for an archived service. You can delete a service from its details page, but first check carefully that you no longer need its information.
