Creating a new project
Create a project, enter its details, and verify the result.

Create a project to group documents, planning, and financial results for one assignment. You need access to the active administration and an active Billnado licence.
Project details
| Field | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Project Name | The recognizable name used to find the project in lists and linked documents. |
| Client | The client for whom the project is carried out. Only relations available as clients appear in the selection list. |
| Start date | The date when the project started or is scheduled to start. For a new project, it is initially set to today. |
| End date | The date when the project was completed or is expected to be completed. |
| Phase | The freely entered phase of the current project. |
| Description | Additional information about the project's scope, agreements, or context. |
Internal details
| Field | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Own project number | Your own reference for finding the project within the administration, alongside Billnado's automatic project number. |
| Project manager | The user responsible for following up the project within the administration. |
Create the project
Choose Create project when the details are ready. Billnado creates the project with status Open, assigns a project number, and then opens its details page.
Frequently asked questions
Why can I not find a relation under Client?
Only relations available as clients appear in the selection list. Check the relation details or create the correct client first.
