Reading and using the overview
Wait until loading has finished before concluding that an item is missing. Use search, sorting and any available filters to narrow the result, and clear them again when the expected row is not shown. A total or counter applies to the current result set, not necessarily to all data.
Open the matching row only after checking its name, date, status and active work context. Actions may be hidden or disabled because of permissions, the current status, or because the selected context is already active. An empty overview can therefore mean that there are no records, that filters exclude them, or that your user has no access. Refresh once after a completed change; avoid repeating an action while the page is still processing it.
Track all write-off records. The table shows Number, Name, Date, Period, Value and Status. Draft is inactive, Open depreciates over the period, and Completed is fully written off. Variables show or hide open and completed records.
Search and sort; Details opens calculation and purchase information. Delete asks confirmation and succeeds when linked data permits it. Choose Create write-off for a new record.
Filters, actions and status
Open and completed variables work together; disabling both yields no rows. Search by number or name and sort by date, period, value or status. Status is determined by processing and cannot be changed in the list; yearly rules are on details.
Delete opens confirmation and is permanent, not archival. Use it only when history need not remain.
States and questions
An empty list may result from variables; enable both first. Refresh on load failure and verify the active administration. A new record may remain Draft while yearly rules are generated. Remaining value per year is in Details.
