Viewing projects
Search and filter projects, open their details, and delete projects from the list.

The projects list shows projects from the active administration. An active Billnado licence is required. Use the list to search, filter by status, open, or delete projects.
Information in the list
| Column | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Number | The project number automatically assigned by Billnado. |
| Own project number | Your own reference for the project within the administration. |
| Project Name | The recognizable name of the project. |
| Client | The client for whom the project is carried out. |
| Phase | The freely entered phase of the project. |
| Profit | The financial result based on linked sales and purchase documents. Zero is shown while no result is available. |
| Status | The current status of the project. It can be Open, Blocked, Closed, or Abandoned. |
The search field uses the project name. Search for a recognizable part of the name when a project is not immediately visible.
Filter projects by status
| Filter | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Current Projects | Shows projects with status Open and is enabled by default. |
| On-hold Projects | Shows projects with status Blocked and is enabled by default. |
| Completed projects | Shows projects with status Closed or Abandoned and is disabled by default. |
A project appears only when it belongs to at least one enabled status group. Enable every relevant group when a project is missing.
Actions
- Choose the eye icon Details to open the project.
- Choose the bin icon Delete to permanently delete the project after a double confirmation. This action cannot be undone.
- Choose Create project to enter a new project.
Frequently asked questions
Why can I not find a project by number or client?
Search uses the project name. Search for part of that name and check the status filters.
Why is a closed or abandoned project missing?
Enable Completed projects. This filter includes both statuses.
