Checking the record and its state

First verify that the title, identifier and active company or account match the record you intended to open. Read status information before editing: it determines which actions are available and whether the record can still change. Buttons can be disabled or absent because processing is underway, the state no longer permits the action, or your user lacks the required permission.

After an action, wait for the page to reload and confirm the new status instead of immediately repeating it. If an error appears, keep the record open and use the message to decide whether input must be corrected or the page should be refreshed. Return to the overview to confirm that searches, totals and status filters reflect the change.

View parameters, status and results. General information shows name and fixed report type; Parameters contains dates and choices. System identifies requester and request/completion times.

During processing, generation is shown. Completed results appear in one or more tables; an empty table means no rows matched.

A locked request is read-only and cannot be deleted. Unlock to edit name or parameters, then Save or Cancel. Lock protects it again; Delete is available only unlocked. When result blocks exist, Download offers separate CSV files or one Excel file. If completion remains empty, reopen later or recreate with valid parameters.

Using locks

Lock protects parameters from accidental editing and deletion after review or sharing. Unlock alone does not change results; saving edited values triggers their processing.

While fields are dirty, lock, delete and download actions disappear so a result is not downloaded beside unsaved parameters.

Results and files

Each block has a title and row count. CSV provides files per table; Excel bundles data. Download changes nothing.

No rows is a valid result and differs from Generating. Check period and inclusion choices. Delete is unavailable while locked or dirty; Download requires generated blocks.
