Convert a quote to a sales order

This check creates a new sales order and immediately changes the quote. Review the customer first.

The Client card compares current customer information with the quote snapshot. Invalid or incomplete information disables Convert to purchase order. Update the customer and reopen this page. A change warning means the new sales order uses current information.

Cancel returns without changes. Convert to purchase order copies lines, prices, discounts, VAT, comments, trade name, guest setting, and customer reference. The new sales order uses today's date and status Unprocessed. Billnado opens it, changes the quote to Ordered, links both documents, and regenerates both PDFs.

Important: later quote changes are not copied automatically to the separate sales order.
