Viewing prepaid transaction details
View the client, service, quantity, comment, and internal note for an individual prepaid transaction.

This page shows one individual addition, deduction, or correction within a prepaid service. All information is read-only, preserving the transaction history. You need access to the active administration, an active Billnado licence, and an existing prepaid transaction.
General Information
| Field | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Client | The customer whose prepaid balance was adjusted by this transaction. The client is fixed for the prepaid service. |
| Service | The service for which the addition or deduction was recorded. This value is also fixed for the prepaid service. |
| Quantity | The change this transaction made to the balance. A positive value increased the balance; a negative value decreased it. The quantity can contain up to four decimal places. |
| Comment | The formatted explanation saved with this transaction. The field remains empty when no comment was recorded. |
The displayed Quantity is therefore not necessarily the current prepaid-service balance. That balance is the sum of all transactions.
Additional Information
Internal note contains information saved with the transaction for internal follow-up. The note does not affect the quantity or balance and may be empty.
Correcting a transaction
You cannot change or delete the original transaction on this page. If an entry is incorrect, record a new transaction with the opposite quantity from the prepaid-service details. This preserves a clear record of the entries that make up the current balance.
When the transaction cannot be displayed
A transaction always belongs to a specific prepaid service. If the transaction does not exist within the selected prepaid service, Billnado reopens that service's details. If the prepaid service itself cannot be loaded, you return to the overview.
Frequently asked questions
Why does this quantity differ from the prepaid-service balance?
This page shows only the change made by one transaction. The prepaid-service balance adds all positive and negative transactions together.
Can I add a missing comment here?
No. The comment belongs to the original entry and is read-only. Do not add a new transaction only to provide an explanation, because every new transaction also changes the balance.
