Switch to another administration

The Switch subscriber progress page appears after you choose Switch for another administration. You do not need to enter or confirm anything on this page: Billnado starts the switch immediately.

What Billnado prepares

While Your workspace is being prepared. is displayed, Billnado sets the selected administration as the active work context and reloads your user information, administration information and account access. The progress indicator remains visible during this process.

A successful switch automatically opens the selected administration’s dashboard. Every subsequent page and action uses that administration until you switch again. The last selected administration is also remembered for a later visit with the same account.

The switch does not change business data or copy anything from the previous administration. It only changes the context in which you work.

If the switch fails

While loading, Billnado checks again that you can access the selected activated administration. If that access is missing or no longer valid, You do not have access to this page opens instead of the dashboard. Return to the administration selection and choose one that is available. If an administration is unexpectedly absent, ask an administrator to check your access.
