Manage invitations
Track invitations to the dossier and withdraw or resend open invitations.

This page shows the invitations through which someone can gain access to the current dossier. You need access to the dossier and an active Billnado licence. By default, only open invitations are shown.
Track invitations

| Email address | The address for which the personal invitation was created. |
| Invited by | The user who sent the invitation. |
| Expires on | The final validity date of the personal invitation link. |
| Created on | The time at which the invitation was first created. |
| Status | Indicates where the invitation is in its lifecycle. |
The search bar searches Email address. You can sort by email address, inviter, expiry date and creation date. Total shows how many invitations match the current filters.
Enable Completed invitations to see earlier invitations alongside open ones.
Statuses
- Open: the invitation is still waiting for the invited person.
- Accepted: the invitation has been linked to an account.
- Withdrawn: a user has withdrawn the invitation.
- Expired: the invitation's validity date has passed.
Actions for an open invitation
- Withdraw immediately marks the invitation as withdrawn. Use this when the wrong person was invited or access is no longer wanted.
- Resend creates a new personal link, sets its expiry date seven days later and immediately sends a new email. The previous link is replaced.
These actions do not ask for separate confirmation. Check the email address before using them. Accepted or withdrawn invitations cannot be resent or withdrawn.
Use New invitation to open the form for granting someone access to the dossier. If no invitations match the filters, the table displays an empty state.
