Create a new bank account

Use this page to add a bank account to the active administration. You need access to that administration and an active Billnado licence.

Account details

Field	Meaning and rules
Name	The recognisable name used to find the account in lists and selections.
IBAN	The account number Billnado uses for payments and any PSD2 connection. Billnado converts letters to uppercase, groups the characters, and checks the country format, length, and check digits.
BIC	The international bank code. You can save the account without a BIC, but a complete BIC is needed to find the correct bank for a later PSD2 connection.

Create the bank account

Choose Create when the account details are correct. Billnado saves the account without an active PSD2 connection and then opens its detail page. You can manage the details and connect the bank there.

An IBAN is rejected if its country format is unsupported, its length does not match the country, or its check digits are invalid. Correct the number using the message shown for IBAN.
