Checking the record and its state

First verify that the title, identifier and active company or account match the record you intended to open. Read status information before editing: it determines which actions are available and whether the record can still change. Buttons can be disabled or absent because processing is underway, the state no longer permits the action, or your user lacks the required permission.

After an action, wait for the page to reload and confirm the new status instead of immediately repeating it. If an error appears, keep the record open and use the message to decide whether input must be corrected or the page should be refreshed. Return to the overview to confirm that searches, totals and status filters reflect the change.

Manage one record. Identification contains name, pro-rata setting and description. Purchase shows price, percentage and calculated amount; Period shows invoice date and duration. Price, percentage, date and period are read-only.

A linked invoice shows number, date, supplier and article. View purchase invoice opens the source and is disabled with unsaved changes. System shows creation and modification.

The yearly table shows write-off amount and remaining value and may be briefly empty while generated. Use Save or Reset after changes. With no changes, Delete write-off removes the record after confirmation.

Editable information

Name, description and visible pro-rata choice identify and calculate the record. Save commits all changes; Reset restores every loaded value. Yearly rows show year, write-off amount and remaining value. Rounding can make the final row differ from simple division; status follows the schedule and elapsed period.

Deletion and invoice

Opening the invoice changes nothing. It is disabled with unsaved changes. Delete write-off permanently removes the record but not the purchase invoice.

Questions

An empty table may still be generating or failed to load; refresh later. Price and period are fixed because they define the original calculation.
