Reading and using the overview
Wait until loading has finished before concluding that an item is missing. Use search, sorting and any available filters to narrow the result, and clear them again when the expected row is not shown. A total or counter applies to the current result set, not necessarily to all data.
Open the matching row only after checking its name, date, status and active work context. Actions may be hidden or disabled because of permissions, the current status, or because the selected context is already active. An empty overview can therefore mean that there are no records, that filters exclude them, or that your user has no access. Refresh once after a completed change; avoid repeating an action while the page is still processing it.
This page lists requests that generate administrative data as reports and requires an active licence.
The table shows Name, Report, Requested and Completed. An empty completion time means processing has not completed. Search and sort; Details opens parameters, status and results.
Total shows the count. Choose Add to select a report and parameters. Generation runs in the background.
Execution and history
Each row is a stored request with its own parameters. Identical names may cover different choices; use request and completion times to identify the correct version. A missing completion may still be processing; open Details.
Search and sort by name, type or time. Source changes do not automatically rerun an old request; create a new snapshot.
An empty list means no requests in the active administration. On load failure, refresh and verify administration and licence.
Questions
Old reports may differ because they reflect their execution. Downloads are available in Details after checking parameters.
